I believe that the best recovery occurs when we take an active role in our healthcare and work towards a balanced life. Born in the beautiful state of Colorado, I enjoy many of the outdoor activities this area has to offer. From a young age, I always had a strong desire to help others with their aches and pains. At around 10 years old, I began offering neck, shoulder, and head massages to family members who complained of discomfort.
In 2004, I enrolled in the Denver School of Massage Therapy, where I honed my skills and began my career in helping others. My journey into acupuncture began after I personally experienced its healing benefits. I turned to acupuncture twice when nothing else seemed to work—once for an internal eye twitch and again for physical pain. These experiences, where acupuncture addressed both internal and physical issues, inspired me to pursue this path and integrate it into my practice
